Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
• Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends.
• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We’ll notify you of any significant delays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Standard Shipping (Domestic): 5-7 business days
  Rate: £3.99
• Express Shipping (Domestic): 2-3 business days
  Flat £5.99
• Free Standard Shipping on orders over £ 50 (Domestic only).
• International shipping rates and delivery times vary based on the destination. International customers will be responsible for any additional customs or duty fees.

Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, so you can easily track your package.

Lost or Damaged Packages

• Effortlish is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.
• If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with your order number and photos of the damaged item for assistance.

Delivery Issues

• If you encounter any issues with the delivery of your package, please contact our customer service at customercare@effortlish.com. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

• International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. Effortlish is not responsible for these charges. Please check with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
